Thank you for your interest in auditioning for OnStage Playhouse! We are excited to welcome talented actors like you to be a part of our upcoming productions. Below you will find all the necessary information about our audition process, requirements, and upcoming audition opportunities.

Audition Process:

Submission: Auditions for OnStage Playhouse productions are typically held through a submission process. Please follow the instructions outlined for each specific production regarding the submission of headshots, resumes, and self-taped auditions.

Casting Notices: All casting notices for our upcoming productions will be posted on this page and our social media platforms. Please check back regularly for updates and new audition opportunities.

Callbacks: If selected for callbacks, you will be notified via email or phone. Callbacks typically involve reading scenes from the script and may include additional exercises or activities. Specific details regarding callbacks will be provided in the casting notice.

Casting Decisions: Once casting decisions are made, all actors who auditioned will be notified via email. We appreciate your time and effort in auditioning and encourage you to continue supporting OnStage Playhouse by attending our productions and future audition opportunities.

Audition Requirements:

Headshot and Resume: Please provide a recent headshot and an updated resume that includes your theatrical experience, training, and contact information.

Preparation: Prepare a monologue or two contrasting monologues, no longer than two minutes in total. The monologues should showcase your range, ability, and suitability for the specific production(s) you are auditioning for.

Additional Requirements: Some productions may require specific skills or preparation, such as singing or dancing. Any additional requirements will be clearly stated in the audition notice.
