With a lifelong passion for theatre and vision for serving the community through art, James brings an innovative and professional style to OnStage. He guides the artistic vision of the playhouse and oversees management efforts.

Estefania Ricalde
Assistant to the Executive Artistic Director
Sound Designer, Projection Designer, Stage Manager & Assistant. Estefania has been working as stage crew and tech for over 10 years. The past 2 having been a part of OnStage Playhouse's team. She has designed for OSP's 38th season including Blue Period, and Turning Off The Morning News.

Aline King
Interim President
Aline has been a long-time supporter of SD theater and would like a chance to support OnStage. Proud of the work done here she wants to further knowledge about this hidden jewel. Past Trainer, 16 years with Human Resources of SD County Health and Human Services, Americans for the Dept. of Peace, Docent for 7 years at Chula Vista Nature Center, and Puppeteer for SD Opera Education Outreach.
Kristina Lawson-McKay
Secretary
Kristina Lawson-McKay has recently relocated to San Diego from Nashville, TN where she was very active in film and theatre. She has also produced, directed and acted in many short films while being a part-time teacher for over 13 years. She has a passion for the performing arts and is looking forward to working with OnStage Playhouse to help
bring quality theatre to her new Chula Vista community.
Ashley Gardner
Treasurer
Ashley has been involved in San Diego's non-profit, arts and cultural community since her arrival here from Canada in 1980. Her background includes radio, television, theatre and arts administration. She currently coordinates the annual Chula Vista Arts in the Park event.
